Femi Mowaiye
Femi is an accomplished and experienced professional, with core expertise in Human Resource, Operations Management, Process Re-engineering, and Project Monitoring & Evaluation.
She has worked with top consulting firms like Phillips Consulting (Nigeria) and Organizations such as MTN (Nigeria & the Group, SA) and I.F.A Nigeria (a subsidiary of Clientele Life, one of the topmost Life Insurance companies on the Johannesburg stock exchange) to mention a few. She has consulted for blue-chip multinationals and indigenous firms such as Brass LNG, Nigeria LNG, Central Bank of Nigeria, Fidelity Bank, Zenith Bank, E-Tranzact to mention a few.
Femi was the Head of Human Resources in I.F.A Nigeria where she was responsible for Organizational transformation initiatives, Culture realignment, Staff development and Performance Management. She was also responsible for designing and establishing the training academy, which she has also effectively created in at least 5 other organizations. Femi is highly creative, an engaging trainer and people developer and a strong influencer. She has a strong passion for policy and framework implementation, SME sustainability structures and women empowerment.
Femi has spent almost 20 years working across several sectors of the economy including Energy, Oil & Gas, FMCG, Financial services, Maritime & Shipping, and Real Estate. She has worked in both the private and public sector and has been able to achieve remarkable improvement in employee performance, processes and overall corporate performance.
Femi is a graduate of Geography from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. She has postgraduate degrees and certificate programs from the University of South Africa (UNISA), Darden School of Business, Virginia, U.S.A and the Enterprise development Centre (EDC), an affiliate of the prestigious Lagos Business School (Pan Atlantic University), Nigeria. She was the Managing Partner of Quo Magnis Limited for about 4 years before becoming the Managing Partner, Process & Strategy for Ralds and Agate.

Charles Oben
Charles is a versatile business professional, with over 25 years of cognate experience in HR, Change Management, Organizational Design & Business Re-engineering, and Crisis Management, Mergers & Acquisitions. He has worked as a Senior Consultant and C Suite Executive for global organizations at senior leadership positions. His experience spans different industries- Oil & Gas, Financial Services, Investment Banking and Consulting. He is currently into Executive Consulting, working with CEO’s and business leaders helping them to deliver business results & value through their people.
Charles spent over 20 years with the Royal Dutch Shell Group before venturing into the financial services working for United Bank for Africa (UBA), a leading Pan African bank with operations in over 20 African countries. He was the pioneer HR Diversity & Inclusiveness (D&I) Manager for SPDC Nigeria where he successfully integrated D&I into the HR and Business processes, a significant change process for the Buisness. This had a positive impact infusing a diverse and richer selection criteria on leadership selection & development, recruitment and the performance management systems. He was the Divisional Head of Corporate Communication for UBA in 2005 at the height of the banking reforms in Nigeria and handled the communication portfolio for the merger between UBA, Standard Trust Bank & Continental Bank to form the UBA of today.
He was instrumental in setting up UBA Cameroon as Director of Resources for CEMAC, handling the recruitment of senior management staff, setting up of the HR processes and systems, engaging with Senior Government officials and other key stake holders to obtain the banking license for UBA Cameroon amongst other responsibilities, to expedite start-up operations. His last assignment with UBA was as the HR Director for UBA Burkina Faso, a brown field acquisition by UBA as part of its Africa expansion. In this position, Charles handled the delicate integration of UBA Burkina Faso into the UBA Group addressing the cultural, work practices and language differences/challenges associated with this M&A, amongst other delicate People issues. As Director of HR for UBA Burkina Faso, Charles also oversaw the HR activities for UBA Benin providing strategic support and direction. Charles was also Director of HR & Administration for an investment boutique firm in Lagos, Nigeria.
Charles works with business leaders and organizations to solve business issues/challenges, create value, maximize growth and improve business performance. He uses his business skills and experience to provide strategic support and expertise to organizations to enable them leverage on their human capital which is a source of competitive advantage for sustainable growth. Charles also has a strong background in procurement and supply chain management. Charles is fluent in English and French. He has an MBA from City University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, both in the UK. He is a member of CIPM Nigeria and SHRM, USA.
He is currently a Managing Partner at Ralds & Agate, a Business Management Consulting firm with offices in Nigeria & Cameroon.
